Carnitine is an amino acid derivative that is also produced by our body. Our body produces the necessary amount from L-lysine and L-methionine. Carnitine is involved in the transport of free fatty acids.

The Carni Complex contains L-carnitine in two forms: L-carnitine L-tartrate and acetyl-L-carnitine, providing a total of 820 mg of L-carnitine in the recommended daily dose.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
