If you wish to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please email to request a cancellation. Ensure that you include your order number in your email.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.


Our goal at BIG & FIT Sports Nutrition is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 3 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

1. Food supplements, nutrition products and any other commodity that requires special storage conditions:

a) Such products are guaranteed to be kept under special storage conditions (E.g. Keep below 30 °C) as recommended by the manufacturer. Hence, no returns are acceptable for such items once leaving the branch premise because of Ideal storage conditions being uncontrolled, In case of delivering damaged or wrong items please don’t open the Item if you wish to return it or exchange it , if the Item was opened or get damaged from your side we will not be able to exchange it or return it , Please Make sure to verify the desired product before using it in order to be eligible for returning the wrong delivered Items/Products .

2.Snacks, Protein or Energy Drink.


These can be returned within 24 hours upon purchasing the item on customer delivery cost. In the event of a return, a quality check of the product returned will be done at our warehouse. Once the quality check passes, a refund will be issued*. If the quality check fails, the item will be returned to the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Notice: Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product against the taste, formula and ingredients, we will contact the manufacturer with your comments or complaint.
