Maltodextrin is an unflavored polysaccharide made up of glucose units. Because maltodextrin is made up of only glucose molecules, it is a rapidly absorbed form of carbohydrate.

It is recommended for occasional use, mainly after exercise to replenish glycogen stores or during prolonged intense exercise during training.

Maltodextrin is a multi-purpose product that can be individually tailored to fit into anyone’s sports supplement repertoire.


Mix 1 serving (30g = 3 tablespoons) of the product in a mixing bottle with 250 ml of water or liquid of your choice. On training days, take one serving within 4 hours after intense exercise or during exercise for prolonged training. On the morning of rest days after intense training days, take 1 serving.

Carbohydrates are involved in restoring normal muscle function (contraction) during high intensity and/or prolonged exercise of the muscles. Fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores. Beneficial effect from any source, totaling 4 g/kg body weight, which is the maximum amount of carbohydrate required to support high intensity and/or prolonged muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores within the first 4 hours, but not more than 6 hours, of exercise, in several doses to be consumed in several portions.
