GREEN COFFEE COMPLEX is a fantastic combination of 6 active ingredients based around the popular Green Coffee extract that provides Chlorogenic Acid. Our Green Tea Extract contains Polyphenols, Catechins, among others EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate)! We all know and love the effects of Caffeine (including mental alertness) that come from our “green” extracts plus direct Caffeine. Chromium helps with normal macronutrient metabolism, including the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels! Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function. Iodine has a part in the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function, and helps with normal energy-yielding metabolism as well!*
Take 2 capsules a day – 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before another meal not close to your bedtime.
